We suffered of the lack of contatcs. We were planning to have a good opening with Eastern Europe, even if the season is not favourable to the top band. We setup a 2 els vertical array with some balloons for the top of the radiator and for the reflector. Even with this antenna it seams that it was not enough to create an activity. French stations were not at the rendez-vous, that's one of the reason of the low score. For sure, this setup will work much better during the next WW or ARRL contest where 160m is busy. Hopefully we had fun !!! I was a very wet week end (saturday) and so dry on sunday !

F5MOO & F6IIT arguing about the antenna. Well, now everything starts Pat's opinion about the project (full 1/4 wave) (video2Mb) Anyway we are tryning to erect it. Let's see.
Finally the full size 1/4 wave was not so easy to erect. It's a pity ! Finally the L inverted is much simple to setup. The L-inverted ready Testing the 2.4 Ghz link for Internet
